Why Make An Air Fryer Omelette?

Then put the omelette in, set the timer, and walk away. When you return your omelette is done. No babysitting, no flipping off the egg is needed
- Fast recipe – an Air Fryer omelette is a super-fast recipe to make. In just a couple of minutes, you have these omelettes on the table
- Limited dishes – because you use a cake pan which you use to whisk your egg and bake. No additional cup or pan to wash up
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 mushrooms
- 2 slices of turkey
- 1 scallion
- Pinch salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Cheese (optional)
- Cooking spray

Instructions
- Dice the onion, bell pepper, scallion, mushroom, and turkey.
- In a small bowl, mix the eggs, a pinch of salt, and fresh ground pepper
- Add the vegetables and turkey to the egg and mix to combine
- Preheat the air fryer to 350℉/175℃ and grease a cake pan with butter or oil
- Put the pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes
- After 4 minutes sprinkle the egg with shredded cheese
- Take a spatula and slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate a serve it immediately
