Sliced Turkey breast rolled up with stuffing and topped with turkey gravy. This recipe is perfect for leftover stuffing and gravy.

16 ounces oven roasted deli turkey breast, slice semi thick
1 (6 ounce) package stove top stuffing (turkey or cornbread) or leftover homemade stuffing
2 packets turkey gravy mix or use homemade
2 cups water
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare stuffing according to package directions and set aside or use leftover stuffing or dressing.
In a medium bowl add the gravy mix, water and cream of chicken soup. Using a wire whisk, mix until combined; set aside.
Spoon 1/4 cup prepared stuffing or dressing onto each turkey slice. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Continue rolling the remaining turkey slices.
Pour the gravy mixture over turkey rolls and cover with foil (spayed with non stick spray). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving
