Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs,
  • Freshly boiled hot water (enough to fill halfway 2 ramekins)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400F. (Do not miss out the step!)
  • Grease the ramekins with butter, then add freshly boiled hot water until they are half full.
  • Carefully crack the eggs into the ramekins and season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Place both ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes at 400F, or until desired doneness is reached (5 minutes will give you runny yolks, 8 minutes for firm).
  • Once done cooking, carefully remove from the basket and carefully drain out any excess water before serving warm with toast or a side salad!
